If I have bought a weekend ticket can I camp overnight?
No, Parklife is not a camping festival and all attendees will be asked to leave the site at the end of the event, being 23:00. No cars are permitted to park overnight in the allocated car parks.
Can I take in my own food and drink to Parklife?
No, you are allowed to drink and eat in the park outside the perimeter of the festival and in the queuing lanes. But once you reach the search lanes you cannot take in any food or drink. There are a large variety of food and drink facilities within the festival.

I have an enquiry regarding my tickets, who do I speak to?
You need to contact the ticket agency that you purchased your ticket from, please see the ticketing section of the website for a list of ticket agencies and their websites.
I have lost my ticket, what can I do?
Unfortunately tickets and wristbands cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

Can I come to Parklife if I am under 17?
No, unfortunately all attendees have to be 17 or over to attend Parklife Festival. 17 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult. (Maximum of 4 under 18’s per adult)
Can I smoke at Parklife?
The same regulations apply at Parklife as the rest of the country, you can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents, look out for the ‘no smoking’ signs.
When can I arrive/leave by?
Parklife gates open from 11:00am on Saturday 8th and 12:00pm Sunday 9th June. On both days the event finishes at 23:00.
If I leave Parklife can I get back in?
No, there is no re-entry into the festival whatsoever. But we have everything you need inside the site. Please see Site Facilities section above for more information.
I would like my band/act to play at Parklife, who should I contact?
We have already programmed the full line-up for Parklife 2019 so unfortunately there is no opportunity for further acts. Please see the line-up page for further details.
What time is last entry to Parklife?
Last entry to Parklife is 5pm.
Can I buy official Parklife Merchandise?
Yes, we will be selling a wide range of merchandise at the festival.
Are dogs allowed into the event?
No pets are allowed within the event site. Assistance Dogs, however, will be permitted.
Is there anywhere I can arrange to meet up with my friend?
We suggest choosing an easily identifiable point on arrival at the event as a meeting point for friends.
