When can I arrive/leave by?

Parklife gates open from 12:00 on Saturday 14th and 13:00 Sunday 15th June. On both days the event finishes at 23:00.

Last entry to Parklife is strictly 17:00.

How and when can I buy tickets?

Early bird weekend tickets including VIP and Backstage are on sale this week from £135. Prices will increase once these are sold out. Do not miss out on this price.

PL25 Presale – Anyone who is signed up will receive their presale link on the evening of Wednesday 27th November and again on the morning of Thursday 28th November.

General sale – Remaining tickets will be available to the general public from 10am Friday 29th November from our website and ticketing partners.

Our official ticketing partners are Ticketmaster, See Tickets, GigsAndTours, Resident Advisor, Skiddle, Kaboodle, Big Green Coach and Bundl.

We do not recommend buying from second hand websites such as TicketSwap and Viagogo nor from strangers on social media as there’s a chance they could be fake tickets which will not be valid for entry.

Can I leave and come back?

No, there is no re-entry into the festival whatsoever due to security reasons. We have plenty of food & drink options and you can visit the Medical/Welfare area if you need any assistance.

What is the age restriction at Parklife?

All attendees have to be 17 or over to attend Parklife Festival. 17 year olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult. (Maximum of 4 under 18’s per adult)

I have an enquiry about my ticket, who do I speak to?

Please contact the ticket agent that you purchased your ticket from; Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Skiddle, Kaboodle, Resident Advisor, Bundl and Big Green Coach.

Can I bring suncream into Parklife?

Yes – Sun cream or lotion sized at 200ml or less in original containers, vape liquid, and eye drops in standard plastic 10ml containers will be allowed but contents may be tested on arrival.

Can I take in my own food and drink to Parklife?

No, you are allowed to consume your own food & drink in the park outside the perimeter of the festival and in the queuing lanes. But once you reach the search lanes you cannot take in any food or drink. There are a large variety of food and drink facilities within the festival that cater to different dietary requirements. Take a look at our app closer to the festival to see what food we’ll have on offer.

Can I smoke at Parklife?

The same regulations apply at Parklife as the rest of the country, you can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents, look out for the ‘no smoking’ signs.

Can I camp overnight?

No, Parklife is not a camping festival and all attendees will be asked to leave the site at the end of the event at 23:00. No cars are permitted to park overnight in the allocated car parks.

Are dogs allowed into the event?

No pets are allowed within the event site. Assistance Dogs, however, will be permitted – please contact [email protected]

Can I buy official Parklife Merchandise?

Our online shop coming very soon and we’ll also have a selling a wide range of merch at the festival.

Will there be phone chargers?

Portable chargers will once again be provided by 3Charging with multiple locations in the arena. 3Charging is available to everyone, and Three customers get free charging via the Three+ rewards app. Just show the app on-site to claim your discount.

You can also bring your own portable phone charger.
